9d001 LOT OF 26 UNFOLDED LOCAL THEATER RE-RELEASE 11X17 WINDOW CARDS R2009-R2010 cool images!

a lot of 26 unfolded local theater 11" x 17" window cards from 2009 and 2010 re-releases. Note that the Lafayette Theatre in Suffern, New York did something fascinating from 2002 to 2013. Not only did they show classic movies in their theater but, starting in 2006, they created their own posters for those showings (usually based on an original poster from that movie, but with some changes)! Each poster measures 11" x 17", but greatly resembles a window card in that it is on a heavier paper stock, which is why we are calling them "local theater window cards". We have never auctioned even one of these before, and they may well be quite rare, since we have not seen any offered in the number of years since these were first created. The Lafayette Theatre is a nationally acclaimed movie palace that was built in 1923. Its primary function is first-run movies, but it also houses special events like its popular weekly Big Screen Classics film shows. It is also notable for housing a Wurlitzer theatre organ, which is played before Big Screen Classics shows. We do not provide a list of these items, but there are images of all of them.
Measurements: 11" x 17"

Condition: very good to fine. All of the local theater window cards are in nice condition!
