An Original Vintage Unfolded Closed-Circuit Television One-Sheet Poster (26" x 39 1/2") (Learn More) Holyfield versus Tyson, the Friday November 8, 1991 heavyweight boxing sports fight between Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson held at Caesar's Palace hotel/casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. NOTE THAT THIS FIGHT WAS CANCELLED, AND SO THIS IS A POSTER FOR A NON-EXISTANT FIGHT! Just before this fight would have happened, Tyson had his rape arrest, and the fight was called off (the two would meet much later, and Tyson would bite off part of Holyfield's ear[!], but one always have to wonder what would have happened if they had met on November 8, 1991 as scheduled!). Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing. After 1980, it quickly became standard for posters to never be folded, and were shipped to theaters rolled in tubes. But this made it far more likely for posters to pick up minor (or major) defects, and it can be difficult to find an unfolded poster from the 1980s in excellent condition. Also note that this one-sheet measures 26" x 39 1/2". Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is 27" x 40". Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
