Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) The Criminal, the 1916 Reginald Barker silent romantic immigration crime melodrama (about an illiterate girl who finds an abandoned baby with a note explaining that it's illegitimate, then gets accused of kidnapping, but refuses to tell the police the baby's a bastard, because she knows what it's like to be labeled!) starring Clara Williams, William Desmond, Enid Willis, Joseph J. Dowling, and Gertrude Claire NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: very good to fine. As is typical with older glass slides, this slide has no holder, but has black tape around all the edges of the glass.
