McLeod romantic screwball comedy ("It tops 'Topper' by a hundred howls!"; produced by Hal Roach; virtually an exact copy of "My Man Godfrey", with a gentleman posing as a down-and-out man and taking a job as a butler to a rich society woman!; apparently, audiences did not mind the lack of originality, because the movie was a major box office success!) starring Constance Bennett, Brian Aherne, Alan Mowbray, Billie Burke (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Patsy Kelly, Ann Dvorak, Tom Brown, Bonita Granville, Marjorie Rambeau, Beulah Bondi, Phillip Reed, and Willie Best NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at the top crossfold and tiny paper loss at the other two crossfolds. It had tiny bits of paper loss scattered between the top and bottom crossfolds, with a lesser amount of wear on the other foldlines and pinholes in the corners.
