An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Thirty by Forty Movie Poster (30x40; measures 30" x 40" [76 x 102 cm]) (Learn More) A Hard Day's Night (released in some countries as "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah"), the classic 1964 Richard Lester English rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) musical adventure screwball comedy ("The Greatest Rock & Roll Comedy Adventure"; "The Beatles in their first full-length, hilarious, action-packed film!"; "6 Brand New Songs Plus Your Beatles Favorites!") starring The Beatles (John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr), Wilfrid Brambell, Norman Rossington, John Junkin, Victor Spinetti, and Anna Quayle NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Joseph Caroff Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster, far more rare than the one-sheet. In all our years of auctioning, we have only auctioned one example of it, and that one was in "good" condition, and it sold for $410! Note that because of this poster's MUCH lesser condition, it can only be sent in either a very large flat package, or in a very wide tube (and even then, we would recommend against it, because it could damage the poster further, given its tears near the center that might well get worse if it is rolled, even rolled very loosely). So bear in mind the cost of sending this in a very large flat package before bidding on it. Note that this item needs to be shipped in an oversized flat package. Some of these items can ONLY be sent in flat packages, and could not possibly be rolled into a tube. On some of them (for example if it is a size that might ordinarily be rolled in a tube, like a half-sheet), the reason it is in this auction is specifically because we feel it either CAN'T be rolled or because we feel it would be a mistake to roll it, because it might well damage the item. In the case of the few items that could be rolled, we will roll the item in a tube if the new owner insists, but only if they accept that they can't return the item if it is damaged from being rolled. So please bear in mind that this item must be sent in a LARGE flat package (the size of the package will depend on the size of the item), and bear this added expense in mind before placing a bid on it. Condition: fair. The poster was never folded. It has darkened. Its left and right blank borders were folded back and taped, and there is staining and tape stains along those areas and in the bottom and top borders. There are long irregular tears near the center of the poster that affect the "rd" of "Hard" and George and Ringo's hair, with small surface paper loss along the tears, and larger surface paper loss in George's hair, and there is much masking tape on the back of those tears. There are also stains scattered throughout the poster and small paper loss next to the guitar at the bottom. Obviously, this poster is in MUCH lesser condition, but it also can be rescued by a talented restorer. Please bear in mind its very significant defects and the cost of restoration before bidding on it. Learn More about condition grades
