An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed Deluxe 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) David Niven was an English actor from the 1930s to the 1980s. Some of his movies include: Separate Tables (winner of the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Sir Charles Lytton in The Pink Panther, Wuthering Heights, A Matter of Life and Death, Casino Royale (as Sir James Bond), and The Guns of Navarone. He passed away in 1983 at the age of 73 from Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by David Niven! Note that our consignor purchased this item (along with several other signed items that we are currently auctioning) from a man who wrote to celebrities in the 1940s and 1950s, requesting that they donate a signed photo as a prize at a winter carnival that he ran where the proceeds went to charity, and many of the celebrities sent him signed photos! Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: good to very good. The still itself is in nice condition (it has two punch holes at the top, perhaps indicating it was a key book still). The signature is not very prominent, and it is difficult to tell if it has faded or if it was always that way. Learn More about condition grades
