Somerset Maugham"; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award; about a dashing young man who breaks off his engagement and goes off to travel the world and "find himself", and he returns ten years later and his former fiancee wants to win him back, even though she is married to another man) starring Tyrone Power Jr., Gene Tierney, John Payne, Anne Baxter (winner of the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Clifton Webb (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Herbert Marshall (as W. Somerset Maugham), Fritz Kortner, and Cecil Humphries (as the Holy Man) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Norman Rockwell Condition: good. There is a 1" vertical scuff in the left of Power's face that becomes a 1" scratch in the top of his clothes. There are pinholes, faint stains, and smudges around the edges of the card, with some scuffs and smudges scattered in the image. There are small tears in parts of the borders.
