For Victory, Buy More Bonds, the 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) War Bond poster ("Fourth Liberty Loan") encouraging people to help the war efforts, and featuring J. Scott Williams artwork of Columbia (an early symbol of America, similar to Uncle Sam) holding a sword and shield with an eagle and marching soldiers behind her.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at some crossfolds and some creases, tears, and tiny paper loss on parts of some folds, with some tears in non-fold areas. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was backed pretty well, but after it was backed, it was likely framed, and there is faint staining over the back of the linen, but it does not affect the front.
