An Original Vintage Theatrical Window Card Movie Poster (measures 14" x 22") (Learn More) The Charge of the Light Brigade, the 1968 Tony Richardson English historical Crimean War thriller melodrama ("'Theirs not to reason why..."') starring Trevor Howard ("as Lord Cardigan"), Vanessa Redgrave ("as Clarissa"), John Gielgud ("as Lord Raglan"), Harry Andrews ("as Lord Lucan"), Jill Bennett ("as Mrs. Duberly"), and David Hemmings ("as Captain Nolan"). Note that this was a remake of the 1936 Michael Curtiz movie starring Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good. series of five rough horizontal foldlines through the image with many creases along each foldline; tears and an area of paper loss in the borders This window card is in "lesser" condition (it is clearly in less than "very good" condition, and may be all the way down to "fair" condition, as we are selling a collection of early window cards that were found inside of a wall, and those all have water stains and other defects, which should be easily seen on our large images)! This window card has clear defects, which are likely to be very noticeable in our "large" or "super-sized" images that you can click on from our small image at right. In addition, we have also noted in words what these defects are in our "Description of Defects" section above, as some of these defects may not be all that visible in the images. We know that some collectors could accept this window card's defects, and display it as is, and we also know that many collectors would only be happy with this window card if they had it restored, so please do not bid on it unless you can accept it as it is, or are willing to pay to have it properly restored.
