Ran, the classic 1985 Akira Kurosawa (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film) French/Japanese samurai warrior action melodrama (based on the play 'King Lear' by William Shakespeare) starring Tatsuya Nakadai, Akira Terao, Jinpachi Nezu, Daisuke Ryu, Pita (billed as "Peter"; that IS his entire name!), Mieko Harada, and Yoshiko Miyazaki

Important Added Info: Note that we have only auctioned this poster once before and it sold for $293 (and this poster is in nicer condition)! Note also that this is a "country of origin" poster for this partially Japanese movie!

Note that this poster must be sent in a tube that is over 32" long (which is why it is in this set of auctions). You can tell how long the tube will need to be by adding 2 inches to the shorter dimension of the length or width (so 40x60s need to be sent in a 42 inch long tube, etc). Most of these posters (with the notable exception of paper banners) CAN be combined in the same tube together, with a few exceptions. Bear in mind that a very long tube (42 inches or longer) will cost a lot more to send than a 30" tube, so bear that in mind before bidding on this poster.

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has a few light creases around the edges and some small or fine creases in a few portions of the image area, but overall it is in pretty nice condition!
