Important Added Info: Note that this is a "stock" poster created for use by theaters showing re-releases of 1930s Johnny Mack Brown movies. Theaters would order this poster, which had a large blank area at the bottom. Sometimes the studio would overprint the stock poster with the title of a specific movie, and sometimes they were sent a series of large paper snipes with the titles of specific entries of the series, so the theater could paste in each snipe as needed, thus getting many posters for the price of one. Sometimes stock posters are found with blank snipe areas. Most collectors consider them more valuable with a printed snipe attached, or with an overprinted snipe area (this poster was overprinted with the title "Desert Phantom", and also has a hand-made snipe for "Everyman's Law"). Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: poor. The poster has become very brittle with age and is completely separated along the foldlines and there are several tears scattered throughout. In possibly the worst restoration attempt ever, the poster was taped together on the front and back along the tears and some of the foldlines. Please do not bid on this poster unless you are willing to accept its defects.
