It is a "linocut" (a linoleum variant of a woodcut) and it is on printed on Lokta paper (a handmade artisan paper indigenous to Nepal.) The edges appear "tattered" and the paper itself has smudges and scuffs, all of which are part of the design of the art print (which has a "vintage" appearance!). Condition: fine.
