An Original Vintage Linenbacked German "A1" Film Exhibition Movie Poster (measures 23" x 33" [58 x 84 cm]) (Learn More)

Film Archiv Austria, a 2000 German poster advertising a film festival held in Vienna, Austria. The title on the poster is "Kunstliche Menschen" (translates to "Artificial Man"), and obviously it showed man-made monsters and machines gone wild. If anyone knows more about this exhibition, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster was never folded and had a few creases and scuffs around the edges. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but at some point, it was roughly handled and there are now creases in the bottom center of the poster, and the poster is slightly lifting from the linen in that area. It is not very noticeable, and would not be if the poster were displayed.
