Kowalski AIP monster horror thriller ("Crawling horror... unleashed by the depths of hell to kill and conquer!"; "Crawling horror... rising from the depths of Hell... to kill and conquer!"; "Written by Leo Gordon") starring Ken Clark, Yvette Vickers, Jan Shepard, Michael Emmet, Dan White, and Tyler McVey. Note that the IMDb says that the title of this movie was "Attack of the Giant Leeches", but all of the first release U.S. posters simply say "The Giant Leeches". However, some first release U.S. stills have "Attack of the Giant Leeches" and a collector tells us that the movie itself shows that title on the copies he watched!
