An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) The Sea Beast, the 1926 Millard Webb silent seafaring ocean adventure thriller ("No picture ever had a greater star -No star ever had a greater picture"; "From the story 'Moby Dick' by Herman Melville") starring John Barrymore (as Captain Ahab Ceeley), Dolores Costello, George O'Hara, Mike Donlin, Sam Baker (as Queequeeq), and Sojin Kamiyama (as Fedallah). Note that the movie was not called "Moby Dick", and yet it is clearly based on that classic novel, and we don't know why they didn't call it "Moby Dick", unless they worried that people wouldn't know what the movie was about! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good to fine. There are a few faint thumbnail creases scattered throughout the still, but they are mostly only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light, and the still is otherwise in pretty nice condition!
