An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Richard Farnsworth was an actor from the 1930s to the 1990s. He was a stuntman starting in the 1930s, and he had some credited roles in the 1970s. In 1982, he got the role of a lifetime in The Grey Fox, and that gave him stardom, and he had much better roles after that. Some of his other movies include: Comes A Horseman (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Misery, The Straight Story (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), and The Natural. Farnsworth passed away in 2000 at the age of 80. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Richard Farnsworth! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him).
