Manhattan Merry-Go-Round, the 1937 Charles Reisner New York City romantic musical comedy starring Phil Regan, Leo Carrillo, Ann Dvorak, Tamara Geva, James Gleason, Ted Lewis and His Orchestra, Cab Calloway and His Cotton Club Orchestra, Kay Thompson and Her Ensemble, Joe DiMaggio (in his first movie appearance!), Henry Armetta, Luis Alberni, Max Terhune, Smiley Burnette, Louis Prima and His Band, and Gene Autry (billed as "Introducing that singing cowboy star Gene Autry", which was odd, given that Autry had made well over a dozen movie appearances by this time!).
