Important Added Info: Note that we have provided an image of all the pages of this 4-page program (we did this by opening it and laying it flat and photographing the front and back cover together, and the interior two pages together). This way, you see the entire program, and Condition: good. The program had two punch holes in the center of the left of each page, but someone taped two tiny pieces of paper to the back of that area on the front cover and then colored the paper from the front so it would be less noticeable.
