Harold and Maude, the classic 1971 Hal Ashby romantic May-December black comedy (about a depressed, death-obsessed 20-year-old man-child who spends his free time attending funerals and staging fake suicides in front of his mother, and meets a joyous 79 year old woman who helps him learn to enjoy life) starring Ruth Gordon (in the title role as Maude), Bud Cort (in the title role as Harold), Vivian Pickles, Cyril Cusack, Charles Tyner, Ellen Geer, and Eric Christmas. Note that this film features a memorable soundtrack by Cat Stevens!
