To Beat the Band, the 1935 Benjamin Stoloff (billed as "Ben Stoloff") romantic musical inheritance marriage black comedy ("Music! Action! Romance! Thrills!"; a ridiculous story of a man who will inherit millions, but only if he marries a widow, and, fortunately, he has a suicidal friend who agrees to get married and then kill himself!) starring Hugh Herbert (playing both the heir and the rich aunt!), Helen Broderick, Roger Pryor, Fred Keating, Eric Blore, Phyllis Brooks, and 'The Original California Collegians'

Also note that this pressbook is complete and uncut! Given that theater owners received pressbooks partly in order to create their newspaper advertising, and quite frequently cut them up for that purpose, it is rare to find a pressbook that IS complete and uncut!
