An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) The Last Gentleman, the 1934 Sidney Lanfield family relationship inheritance romantic comedy ("The grand successor to 'The House of Rothschild'"; about a rich old man who has a bunch of awful relatives, and he knows they all want his money, and he tricks them into doing things to try to get his money, but after he dies, he leaves a filmed living will where he tells who gets what, and gets the last laugh on his bad relatives!) starring George Arliss, Edna May Oliver, Janet Beecher, Charlotte Henry, and Ralph Morgan NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that there are scuff marks across the lower part of the image. Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: good. This glass slide has clear condition problems that causes it to be in less than "very good" condition. We do NOT describe those defects in words (UNLESS the defect is a crack in one or both panes of the slide, in which case we ALWAYS describe it elsewhere within the auction in words), and you can likely see some or all of them in the "large" and "super-sized" images we provide. If you are the sort who can accept a major defect, then you should bid on items in this condition grade, BUT PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THESE ITEMS UNLESS YOU CAN ACCEPT THEIR VERY CLEAR DEFECTS!
