An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

The Sagebrush Family Trails West, the 1940 Sam Newfield (billed as "Peter Stewart") family relationship adventure melodrama starring Bobby Clack (billed as "Bobby Clark, 13-year-old World's Champion Junior Cowboy"), Earle Hodgins, Nina Guilbert, Joyce Bryant, Minerva Urecal, and Arch Hall Sr. Note that this movie is a real oddity! It was intended as a low budget western version of the Hardy Family series, but the movie did not do very well, so there was never a second installment. Also, it starred real life champion junior cowboy Bobby Clack, but the owner of the studio thought his name was odd, so he changed Clack's name to Clark, which certainly made it less odd, but surely offended his fan base that they were trying to attract! The plot of the movie is pretty wacky and contrived, and maybe with better writing, it could have succeeded.

Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good. There is a small tear in the left of the top blank border. Otherwise, the card is in nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
