Queen of Broadway, the 1942 Sam Newfield New York City bookie gambling sports romantic melodrama (a sort of remake of Little Miss Marker with the sexes of the two leads reversed; Hudson owns a successful illegal bookmaking business in NYC, and Crabbe's father owns a football team; a woman sends her six year old son to place a bet for her and while the son is there, the mother dies, and Hudson reluctantly keeps the boy, because he has nowhere to go, but then she comes to love him and wants to adopt him, but the courts won't let a single bookmaking woman adopt, which is where Buster Crabbe comes in!) starring Rochelle Hudson (in the title role as Sherry Baker), Buster Crabbe, Paul Bryar, Emmett Lynn, Donald Mayo (who plays the six year old boy; he had three more roles in the next two years, and then one six years later, which was uncredited and that was the end of this movie career), and Isabel La Mal

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning. We are also auctioning an equally rare half-sheet for this movie with a completely different design and image in a separate auction! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good. There are some tiny dot stains in Hudon's face, tiny paper loss at the crossfold and pinholes in the corners with 2" of separation in the left of the middle fold. There are smudges and scuffs scattered through the poster.
