This means that it was printed in Russia, but was intended to be used when the movie was shown in other countries. It was created with a 5" blank area at the bottom where the country that was showing the movie could print in the title and credits (or they could also print in play dates and theater names). Note that the first release Russian posters that were used in Russia are beyond rare and the known examples are primarily in museums.
