An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Forty by Sixty Movie Poster (40x60; measures 40" x 60" [102 x 152 cm]) (Learn More) Merry Christmas 1950, the 1950 holiday poster featuring colorful art of Santa Claus and Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer. Posters like these were ordered by many theaters prior to the major holidays, and displayed in their lobbies, but surely the vast majority of them were taken down and discarded as soon as the holiday was over, and they are extremely rare (I don't know that I have ever seen more than one of any one specific poster, so most are likely one of a kind). Condition: good to very good. There are pinholes in the corners and some fairly minor border wear. The theater that used this poster used it for a second time in the 1950s, and they glued a snipe over the "0" in the "1950"s above and below the title, changing the year, and there are paper remnants in those areas.
