He never misses!"; "McCoy, private eye. He never misses!"; "Written by Barry Beckerman") starring Burt Reynolds (in the title role as Shamus McCoy), Dyan Cannon, John P. Ryan, Joe Santos, and Giorgio Tozzi. Note that this movie was released outside the U.S. as "Passion for Danger", no doubt because the word "Shamus" would have been meaningless there (and by 1973, the word was pretty meaningless WITHIN the U.S., which surely did not help it at the box office!).
