Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm].

Condition: good. There is a tear in the left of the bottom border, tiny paper loss in the bottom right corner, and creases and faint smudges around the edges. There is brown paper tape on the back of each border.
