An Original Vintage Theatrical 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Great Guns, the 1941 Monty Banks military screwball comedy ("They're the target in target practice! They're the revel in reveille!..... and they're the pain in the Sergeant's neck!") starring Stan Laurel, Oliver Hardy (Laurel and Hardy), Sheila Ryan, Dick Nelson, Edmund MacDonald, Paul Harvey, Russell Hicks, Charles Arnt, and Alan Ladd (in an uncredited role). Note that this movie was released in October 1941, when the U.S. was on the verge of entering World War II (and since it was expected by many, it made sense for studios to make war movies at this time).

Condition: fair to good. There is an embossed foreign stamp at top left and pinholes and creases around the edges, with a diagonal crease down the right of the still.
