An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Ridin' Comet, the 1925 Ben F. Wildon silent cowboy western starring Yakima Canutt, Dororthy Wood, Robert Walker, William Donovan, Archie Ricks, and Meadowlark the Horse. Note that the IMDb lists the title of this movie as "The Riding Comet", but we believe they are simply wrong. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Note also that Yakima Canutt is best remembered today as a famous stuntman in westerns, but he had a career starring in westerns before that! Finally, note that the Robert Walker credited above was NOT the Robert Walker who starred in the 1940s and 1950s, but a different Robert Walker who started making movies in 1913, and he appeared in an amazing 255 movies through 1953, a 40 year span, but most of those were westerns, and a lot of them were very minor roles, often uncredited. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. There is a faint slightly diagonal crease across the center of the card and some smudges in the far right of the yellow background. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
