An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Sally of the Scandals, the 1928 Lynn Shores silent romantic love triangle stage acting melodrama (about a chorus girl who has a boyfriend who is a producer and another who is a gangster posing as a businessman, and the gangster offers to pay for her crippled sister's operation, so she agrees to marry him, but later, she learns his true identity and her producer boyfriend makes her the star of the show) starring Bessie Love (in the title role as Sally Rand), Irene Lambert, Allan Forrest, Margaret Quimby, and Jimmy Phillips NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that first release 1928 movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: fair. The card had a large number of tiny circular holes spread throughout. Someone performed an incredibly unusual restoration by taking small pieces of paper and taping them to the back of each of most of the tiny holes. There are also stains around the edges.
