A Stage Romance, the 1922 Herbert Brenon silent London England theater stage acting romantic melodrama (based on the play by Alexandre Dumas Pere, a highly fictionalized story of Edmund Kean, the great Shakespearean actor, and his pursuit of a beautiful young woman) starring William Farnum (as Edmund Kean), Peggy Shaw, Holmes Herbert, Mario Carillo, and Paul McAllister. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
