Norman silent black African American south-of-the-border matador bullfighting cowboy western ("Featuring The Colored Hero of the Mexican Bull Ring in Death Defying Feats of Courage and Skill"; "Thrills! Laughs too!"; "Bill Pickett fighting a wild Mexican Bull") starring Bill Pickett (billed as "World's Colored Champion"), Bennie Turpin, Anita Bush, and Steve Reynolds NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: This three-sheet was printed in 4 sections. Condition: very good to fine. The poster had a thin strip of paper loss in the top of the right vertical fold (mostly in the black background, but just entering the "E" of "PICKETT"). There were creases, smudges, tears, and a few tiny areas of paper loss on some of the other folds. There were creases, smudges, tears, and a few tiny areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking (especially considering the poster is nearly 85 years old!). The poster was quite nicely backed, and looks great!
