3 Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More)

Cocksucker Blues, the 1972 Robert Frank rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) music documentary (about the Stone's 1972 North American tour following the Altamont tragedy) featuring The Rolling Stones (Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, Mick Taylor), Truman Capote, Dick Cavett, Tina Turner, and Andy Warhol. Note that The Rolling Stones were upset by this film's portrayal of them (they decided that its content was embarrassing and potentially incriminating) and sued to prevent its release. The film is under a court order that only allows it to be shown up to four times a year with director Robert Frank present. As Frank passed away in 2019, it's unclear if this film will ever be shown again!
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that movie paper from this film is incredibly rare (likely due to its legal issues - see above). We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we were consigned this group of stills! These particular stills are from a director's series shown in 1980 according to a sticker on back of each still. Note also that these are deluxe stills printed on double weight paper stock. Finally note that we have pictured the backs of these stills (see our images).

Condition: good to very good.
