An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian Photobusta Movie Poster (pbusta; measures 18 1/2" x 26 1/4" [47 x 67 cm]) (Learn More) Il Deserto Rosso (released in the U.S. in 1965 as "Red Desert"), the classic 1964 Michelangelo Antonioni Italian family dysfunctional relationship mental illness melodrama ("Michelangelo Antonioni in his first color film.") starring Monica Vitti, Richard Harris ("[star of 'This Sporting Life']"), Carlo Chionetti (billed as "Carlo De Pra"), Rita Renoir, Xenia Valderi, and Aldo Grotti. Note that this is what's known as a "difficult" movie! It is slow moving with lots of talking and little action of any kind. But, on repeated viewings, it often grows on the viewer until they often consider it to be a masterpiece! Other movies like this include "The Passion of Joan of Arc", "Last Year at Marienbad" and several others. If you like the movies like this you have seen you should definitely also watch this one!
