Important Added Info: Note that the inside back cover of this program book is a really cool "pop-up", where all the characters "lift" from the pages! We have photographed it, but it is photographed flat, so it does not really give you a sense of how cool this pop-up is! Also note that there is no printing company on this program book. However, we have seen a "Jungle Book" program book which also has a "pop-up" on the inside back, and since that one was "printed in Holland", we think it is extremely likely that this one is printed in Holland as well. However, we strongly suspect that both were printed in Holland solely because the English distributor found a better printer there (likely one who could handle the pop-up), and that it is simply an English program that was printed in Holland. Note that we have pictured the front cover and an interior 2-page spread from this program. You can use these images to determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image, but realize that there are some other pages you are not seeing. Condition: very good.
