Artist: Richardson Studio Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this Australian daybill, and that poster has now been reconsigned to us, so this is still the only example we have ever auctioned! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had creases and scuffs along the folds, with a few small tears and tiny areas of paper loss. It had some small paper loss in parts of the right blank border and in the center of the top blank area, where there was also play dates. There were scuffs in the solid blue areas. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
