An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded British Quad Movie Poster (BQ; Quad Crown; measures approximately 30" x 40") (Learn More) 6.5 Five Special (released in other English-speaking countries as "Jazz, Jazz, Jazz"), the 1958 Alfred Shaughnessy English rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) pop musical ("The year's smash hit musical!"; "More than 20 top hits!"; "A fabulous array of stars in one great film!"; loosely based on the English TV show of the same name) starring Lonnie Donegan, Dickie Valentine, Petula Clark (English actress who years later had a highly successful career as a pop singer, best remembered for the song "Downtown"), Jim Dale, Russ Hamilton, Joan Regan, Diane Todd (billed as "and introducing Diane Todd"), King Bros, Don Lang and His Frantic Five, Johnny Dankworth and his Orchestra with Cleo Lane, Jackie Dennis, The Kentones, Desmond Lane, John Barry Seven, Josephine Douglas (billed as Jo Douglas), Pete Murray, and Freddie Mills (Douglas, Murray and Mills are billed as "the 6.5 Special Team") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Also note that this British quad was folded vertically three times and horizontally once. Because of this, this quad could either be sent in one of our oversized flat packages or in a tube, but the tube will likely cost less than the oversized flat package (because even when the poster is fully folded, it will not fit in our standard mailers). If the poster is purchased with items that MUST be sent flat, than it would likely be better to re-fold this item, so all the items can be sent in a single flat package. But please realize that because this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time it is likely that the creases have diminished and therefore re-folding the poster will likely bring some of those creases back, but we leave that decision as to whether or not to re-fold the poster up to the individual buyer of this item.
