Toy-town Jamboree, the 1937 sheet music for the song written by John Redmond, Major Hurwitz, and Mary Schaeffer. Note that ths cover of this sheet music has Mischa art of the best known Walt Disney characters (Mickey Mouse, The Seven Dwarfs, and Donald Duck), and the Disney characters, Popeye, and Krazy Kat are referenced in the song's lyrics. Our consignor was told that the artist and songwriter used those characters without authorization, and we don't know if there were any lawsuits or threatened ones! If anyone knows more about this sheet music or whether the use of Disney characters was authorized or not, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
