Et Il Voulut Etre Une Femme (literally translates to "And He Wanted To Be a Woman"), the 1978 Michel Ricaud French transvestite transsexual documentary (one of the earliest serious studies of this subject; it follows the life of Elysa, a Brazilian transvestite, and it also includes filming of a male to female sex change; the movie was decades ahead of its time). It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
