Dizzy Gillespie Quintet, the 1979 poster advertising for a concert to be held at The Village Gate nightclub in New York City from August 28 - September 9 of 1979, featuring performances by the Dizzy Gillespie Quintet and Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers. This poster features great art of Dizzy Gillespie by Avi Farin. The poster was distributed by "Darien House Inc." of New York City, and we believe this to have been sold commercially after the concert. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
