An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" (8x10) Movie Still (Learn More) I'm No Angel, the 1933 Wesley Ruggles circus sideshow romantic love triangle musical comedy ("Come up and see me sometime - any time!"; "Goodness... has nothing to do with it!"; about a sexy dancer in a third rate circus; she lives with a guy, but that doesn't stop her from seeing other men; when her boyfriend goes to jail, she becomes the lion tamer; she gets a rich playboy boyfriend, but she wants his cousin, played by super young Cary Grant!) starring Mae West, Cary Grant (in his 12th movie role!), Gregory Ratoff, Edward Arnold, Ralf Harolde, Kent Taylor, and William B. Davidson. Note that this movie was originally called "It Ain't No Sin", and the enactment of the Production Code caused the title to be changed to the much tamer "I'm No Angel", and apparently caused several racy scenes to end up on the cutting room floor! Important Added Info: Note that the still shows a great overhead candid image of Mae West standing on the courtroom set, pretending to interrogate a witness in the witness chair. The director, Wesley Ruggles, is standing next to the "witness" and Cary Grant is in the middle left of the image (the image must have been printed reversed from how it was originally taken, because the information on the back refers to Cary Grant being on the right and the director to the left of the witness)!
