The poster had creases, tears, and some small areas of paper loss on parts of some foldlines, and some smudges and stains scattered in the image, mostly in the background areas. There were pinholes and tears around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, but the restorer chose to paint over large portions of the white background areas, likely to even them out, but the poster displays well!
