(Learn More) Behind the High Wall, the 1956 Abner Biberman prison break convict escape crime thriller ("Sirens Scream! Bullets Blast The Night! ...and a town wakes in terror to the fury of... Prison Break!"; "The untold story of the Big-House Prison Break! that was triggered by a woman's love!"; "This was the Big-House Prison Break!... That would drive one man to his death and the other to a woman's waiting arms!") starring Tom Tully, Sylvia Sidney, Betty Lynn, John Larch, Barney Phillips, and John Gavin NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that when studios would prepare pressbooks they would often include a sample of the herald. Most often, the herald is no longer still with the pressbook. Sometimes, the herald by itself will sell for almost as much as the rest of the entire pressbook! This pressbook contains the original herald that was included with it, and it is pictured next to the pressbook below. Note that this pressbook is complete and uncut! Since pressbooks were INTENDED to be cut up (the theater owners would cut out the newspaper ads to run in their local papers). It is very difficult to find a pressbook that has NOT been cut, and that ads greatly to their value! Condition: very good. Note that this pressbook is one of a great collection of 177 original vintage pressbooks, almost all of which come from Universal Studios. Most date from the 1940s and 1950s, and almost all are complete and uncut! folded in half twice; creases in top of cover and to a lesser degree around the edges of the pressbook Learn More about condition grades
