Rose science fiction (sci-fi) thriller ("Raw Panic the screen never dared to reveal!"; "You'll be paralyzed with fear... By an incredible spectacle man has never seen before!") starring Richard Denning, Kathleen Crowley, Virginia Grey, Richard Reeves, Robert Roark (billed as "Featuring Robert Roark"), and Steve Calvert (in an uncredited role as the man in the gorilla suit AND as a robot!). Note that in 1948, Steve Calvert bought Ray 'Crash' Corrigan's gorilla costume, which Corrigan had been using in movies since at least 1932. He appeared in 12 movies between 1948 and 1958 as a gorilla wearing Corrigan's costume! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been folded! Some pre-1970 half-sheet posters were folded twice horizontally at the poster exchange, while some were not. It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets). Condition: fair to good. There are MANY creases, pinholes areas of paper loss, and tears of varying lengths around the edges (some are quite large). Many of the tears or other defects as described above have been repaired with several pieces of tape from the back. Some of the tape repairs slightly bleed through to the front in various areas (see our image). Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid and please do not bid unless you can accept the defects described above, or you are willing to pay to have them properly restored.
