An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Phantom Lady, the 1944 Robert Siodmak New York City crime mystery film noir ("The most talked about mystery in ten years!"; "Based on the novel by William Irish", which was the pseudonym Cornell Woolrich used when writing this book; about a man who goes to a bar and meets a woman, and they share their sad stories, and he goes home and finds his wife has been murdered, and he tells the police about the woman in the bar, but nobody can find her, and he is sentenced to death for the murder of his wife, and his secretary tries desperately to find the woman from the bar, who is the "phantom lady" of the title) starring Franchot Tone, Ella Raines, Alan Curtis, Thomas Gomez, Aurora Miranda (sister of Carmen Miranda!), Elisha Cook Jr., Fay Helm, and Andrew Tombes NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. There was a 6" slightly diagonal tear near the top center of the card that slightly extended into Ella Raines' hair. It was repaired with clear tape from the back. Other than the above, the card is in pretty nice condition, and other than the tape described above, the card is unrestored, with no other tape anywhere on the front or back of the card.
