Newman post-World War II (WWII) New York City romantic housing comedy ("Love Nest Raided!"; "It's open house for laughter.... and the screen's most heart-warming house-warming in years!"; "Based on a novel by Scott Corbett"; about a couple that purchase a large house in New York City that contains an odd assortment of renters) starring June Haver, William Lundigan, Frank Fay, Marilyn Monroe (in a fourth billed early appearance), Jack Paar (the host of the Tonight Show before Johnny Carson, in a rare movie appearance!), Leatrice Joy, and Henry Kulky NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds, with some minor fold wear and pinholes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not very distracting (and a talented restorer could touch them up without re-backing the poster).
