An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) The Brothers Karamazov, the 1958 Richard Brooks Russia family relationship romantic love triangle murder melodrama ("The Greatness and Glory, The Loves and Sins of The Famed Novel"; "From the novel by Fyodor Dostoyevsky") starring Yul Brynner, Maria Schell, Claire Bloom, Lee J. Cobb (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Albert Salmi, Richard Basehart, and William Shatner (very young in his third movie role!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair. The poster had a partial second vertical fold just to the left of the regular vertical fold, and there were some creases, scuffs, and tiny tears on parts of several foldlines. There was a large semi-circular tear with tape stains on it in the lower left of the image and pinholes, tears, and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer did little restoration to the above defects, and the ones in the bottom left of the image are extremely noticeable.
