At love without meaning. At murder without guilt. At the dazzle and the madness of London today."; "Two fanatical teenagers on David Hemmings in the hope that he will use them as models."; about a successful photographer who feels completely detached from his photographs of violence and pain until he takes a photo of a couple in a park and discovers a possible murder) starring Vanessa Redgrave, David Hemmings, Sarah Miles, John Castle, Jane Birkin (in her second credited movie role!), Gillian Hills, and Veruschka von Lehndorff (billed as "Verushka" in her first film role, the Russian model who is featured on most of the posters from this classic Antonioni film!), and The Yardbirds (including Jimmy Page & Jeff Beck) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that it seems quite likely that two of these Swiss lobby cards are from the first Swiss release and that the other six are from a 1970s re-release, because of the different MGM logos on the eight cards (see our images). Also, note that these lobby cards measure 13" x 17 1/4" [33 x 44 cm]. Also note that these Swiss lobby cards were made by the distributor creating a set of identical stiff board printed backings with printed information about the movie, with a blank space for a still, and then they would attach a number of original U.S. stills to those boards, thus creating a set of Swiss lobby cards. Note that the board has metal grommets inserted into each corner, to make displaying of these Swiss lobby cards far easier. Condition: good to very good. Each of the cards has pinholes and wear in the corners. Two have a stamp over the original distributor logo and a stamp in one of the edges of the stills. Six of these have one kind of MGM logo and two have another, so it is possible they are from different releases, but they are identical in every other way, so we imagine they may have been made at the time the logo was changing and someone switched the logo in the middle of the print run.
