Josh and S.A.M., the 1993 Billy Weber brothers-running-away-from-home fantasy adventure comedy ("Why run away from home when you can drive?"; about a pair of brothers who decide to run away from home and the older brother convinces his sibling that he is a Strategically Altered Mutant) starring Jacob Tierney, Noah Fleiss (billed as "introducing Noah Fleiss as 'Sam'"), Joan Allen, Stephen Tobolowsky, Chris Penn, and Martha Plimpton

Important Added Info: Note that this script is from February 26, 1992 and the screenplay was written by Frank Deese. Also note that the script has the working title "Killer Sam", but the movie ultimately was called "Josh and S.A.M.".
