She played Appassionata Von Climax on Broadway in "Li'l Abner" in 1959, and immediately signed a contract with Paramount Pictures, and in January of 1960, she appeared in a pictorial in Playboy (and she appeared two more times in the 1960s), and she has been often named as one of the sexiest movie stars ever! Some of her movies include: Li'l Abner, The Ballad of Cable Hogue, The Poseidon Adventure, The Nutty Professor, and Girls, Girls, Girls! She passed away in 2023 at the age of 84. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Stella Stevens! Also note that this still contains an unclothed woman, so we have placed a white bar over that area, for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual still does not have that white bar! Our consignor is a very longtime collector of movie paper who purchased this item years ago, and it was signed, but he doesn't know how the signature was obtained, and he (and we) believe it is likely that the autograph is authentic.
